Tina McHorney
Tina joined the firm in November of 2000 due to her compassion for the elderly and interest in their rights. She had served as a Qualify of Life Specialist in a nursing home where she received various certifications, including Medication Administration. She enjoys assisting the firm primarily in the areas of litigation, long term care planning, guardianships, and probates.
Tina received her Associates Degree in Applied Science – Paralegal Studies from Harper College, Palatine. She is a member of the Illinois Paralegal Association. Since joining the firm, she has also attended several elder law seminars and National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) conferences and staff training sessions.
Tina lives in Elk Grove Village with her husband and their daughter, Aubrey, who was born in August, 2008. They enjoy watching and attending all types of sporting events, golfing, traveling, and are constantly entertained by their spirited Jack Russell Terrier.
