Probate and Post-Death Administration
- When planning ahead, we will advise you as to whether or not you should avoid a probate, and how to title your assets to achieve the desired result
- When dealing with the death of a loved one, we will assist you in the post-death administration process. Sometimes this is a probate and sometimes it is a trust administration.
