2008 Medicaid Spousal Impoverishment Figures
The 2008 Community Spouse Resource Allowances (CSRA) and the maximum monthly Maintenance needs allowance for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services have just been released.
The new minimum CSRA is $20,880 and the new maximum is $104,400. The new maximum monthly maintenance needs allowance is $2,610.
